Lead Engineer for facade cladding.

Team: A site engineer, a foreman, a trainee, and a subcontractor (15-25 Manpower)
Mission: Facades Siding (8000 m²): Eternit cladding types, Roof Sealing work
Duties:
• Coordinated with the Project Manager
• Responsible for planning, organizing and handling workers
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for projects
• Get involved in entire phases of construction projects
• Performed regular site inspection and ensured the staff is occupied
• Subcontractors Contract Negotiation and execution follow up
• Financial management (monitoring turnover, expenses, operating profit)
• Resources Management (personnel, equipment, overhead)
• Project handover with an M-1 target
• Systems Deployment applied on previous projects
